So often we only take time to write letters when they are negative, but I have felt compelled to write on of a different nature. I have been overwhelmed with the competence, efficiency, and professionalism coupled with friendliness and sincere compassion for your patients that you and your staff exude. From a patient's point of view, I must tell you it is a rarity in a medical office. I appreciate so much coming to your office being greeted at the front desk with a smile and having that continue throughout the whole appointment. I am grateful to you, your nursing staff and the office staff for making my visits to you office relaxed and comfortable.
