Dr. David McLaughlin, M.D.
Beginning in his youth, Dr. David McLaughlin knew his life career would lead him to helping people achieve a healthier life through advanced medical solutions.In high school, Dr. McLaughlin graduated Valedictorian of his class. He then attended Indiana University, where he obtained his bachelor of science (B.S.) and medical degree (M.D.) in seven years, and served as medical school Class President.
While completing his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Dayton, Ohio, he was a member of the Ohio Army National Guard and received an honorable discharge after serving as his MASH unit’s Company Commander.
Over the past 30 years, Dr. McLaughlin’s practice has focused on gynecology, with a special emphasis on infertility, reproductive surgery and menopausal treatments. Accredited with both OB-GYN and Laser Surgery board certifications, Dr. McLaughlin is a Fellow of the American College of OB-GYN and the American College of Surgeons.
He has published two scientific textbooks, multiple scientific articles and has spoken at numerous national and international medical conferences. In the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, he is a Charter member of the Society of Reproductive and a member of the Society of Assisted Reproductive Technologies, where he serves as a consultant to other programs wishing to improve their success rates.
Dr. McLaughlin feels privileged to deliver compassionate gynecologic and fertility solutions to patients from around the world, and is thrilled to receive letters and pictures from the growing families he has helped complete.
Kristi Marsella, N.P.
After graduating from Indiana University ‘s School of Nursing in 1995, Kristi worked as a Registered Nurse on the women’s surgical unit, maternity care center and the maternity unit at Community North Hospital.Kristi received her Master in Nursing from Indiana University School of Nursing in 2001 and has practiced as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in the greater Indianapolis area for over 15 years. Kristi has been working at the Women’s Specialty Health Centers with Dr. David McLaughlin since 2002.
In 2010, Kristi became a speaker for Myriad Genetics. Myriad Genetics is the leading molecular diagnostic company dedicated to making a difference in patients’ lives through the testing and discovery of results that can impact the lives of patients and their generations to come. In 2014, Kristi was recognized as a National speaker for Myriad Genetics.
Kristi enjoys spending time with her husband Mike and her four energetic, sweet daughters. Kristi also enjoys working out and running. She has completed two marathons and several sprint triathlon’s. Kristi feels honored and privileged to have completed two medical missions trip to Venezuela and Honduras. She is passionate about mission work and hopes to participate in future medical mission trips.
