Weight Loss Solutions Indianapolis

We now offer three different medically supervised weight loss programs to help you reach your dietary goals all while fitting in with your daily lifestyle.
HCG Diet is a weight reduction program that allows your body to release the abnormal fat stores in the abdomen, hips, thighs, buttocks, face, and arms. It releases the equivalent of about 2,000 calories per day. This allows you to follow a very low-calorie diet (VLCD) without experiencing hunger, fatigue, or weakness. It reshapes the body contour especially the abdomen, buttocks, and hips.
The HCG Diet will jump start your weight loss so that you lose weight rapidly and see immediate results.
Contrave Diet along with our strict dietary protocol can help you reach your weight loss goal. Cravings and hunger are 2 of the main reasons weight loss effort fails. Contrave works on the 2 areas of the brain that hunger and uncontrollable cravings come from. These areas are signaled thus allowing you to feel fuller longer and controlling the unwanted cravings.
Insulin Resistance Diet program directly activates GIP and GLP-1 pathways that help to regulate blood sugar. The body releases insulin when blood sugar is high. Semiglutide treatments help to remove excess sugar from the blood, stops the liver from making and releasing too much sugar, reduces how much food is eaten, and slows down how quickly food leaves the stomach thus leaving you feeling full longer.
*To begin any of our dietary programs a full panel of lab work will be required. You may take the lab order to your lab of choice. Once results are in, you will be contacted to schedule a physical exam with Dr. McLaughlin or one of our Nurse Practitioners.  Your lab results and medical history will be reviewed followed by discussion of which program is right for you.  We will then take your weight, blood pressure and measurement. This may be followed by a group class to learn about what/how to eat for your program. From there, you will continue to be monitored to ensure a healthy successful program.
